It sounds like a bizarre movie plot, but it’s real. A man took a paternity test and found out he wasn’t the father of his and his wife’s five-year-old. He accused her of cheating, but she took a DNA test and found out the child wasn’t hers either.

You guessed it…the hospital had given them the wrong baby. They tracked down their actual child and found their biological daughter…in a foster home because the parents that took the baby home were under investigation by Child Protective Services.

The couple, who have chosen to remain anonymous, adopted their biological child and are raising her as a sister to the child they brought home from the hospital.
