When folks saw Ringo Starr at the GRAMMYs on Sunday, they could hardly believe he’s 80 years old. The Beatle made a surprise appearance to present Record of the Year, but all fans could focus on was his youthful look.

And now, a source has spilled Ringo’s age-defying secret to “Page Six.” Like fellow Beatle Paul McCartney, Ringo is a vegetarian. And apparently, eating “lots of broccoli and blueberries” is his secret to eternal youth!

Well, that and going to the gym a “couple times a week,” along with daily meditation.
