This guy accidentally hit an owl with his truck and tried to save it by wrapping it up in his jacket to take it to the vet. To his surprise the owl opened its eyes, started flying around, and landed on his head. He pulled the truck over and struggled trying to get the owl to leave his van.
The United States will reopen for non-essential travel starting November 8th, 2021. Unvaccinated travelers still must be travelling for an essential purpose to enter the country.
