Teacher Under Fire For Writing “WTF” On Student’s Paper

While some students may be used to seeing an “F” on their paper, one Florida teacher took things a bit too far when grading a student’s work, and now she’s in trouble over it.

A high school teacher in Panama City has come under fire after writing “WTF is this?” on top of her student’s assignment, which of course is short for “What the F***.” As you can imagine,  the mother of the student wasn’t too pleased with the comment, noting, “that was very inappropriate and not acceptable for a teacher whatsoever,” adding, “I think for sure she needs to be reprimanded, I believe that something should be placed in her file.”

So far the teacher in question hasn’t been identified and hasn’t commented publicly on her actions, although the school’s Principal Coy Pilson says they are dealing with it. He shares, “Once we were notified, I notified district officials and our HR has been involved and they’re currently investigating the situation.” He also added that he spoke to the teacher, sharing, “she was apologetic and it was a mistake on her part.”
