Not sure any amount of SPF would have helped this woman with the tire burn she experienced while laying on Venice Beach in California.

It seems that a beachgoer was simply having a nice day while laying on the beach when officers came by to perform a routine patrol of the area. The officers did not see her as they were driving on the beach and ran her over.  The victim was a woman between the ages of 25 and 30 and luckily enough, medical personnel were present on the beach and provided first aid to the victim. She was transported to a nearby hospital, and she reportedly did not suffer any serious injuries from the accident.
