Aussie Court: Your Boss Can Fart In Your Face Repeatedly

Bosses can be great…bosses can suck. But a boss that farts in your face…several times a day? Evil.And now an Australian court has ruled that such behavior ISN’T bullying. David Hingst claimed that supervisor Greg Short would “lift his bum and fart” on him up to six times a day. Hingst ultimately left…then sued his former bosses for $1.28-million. Hingst maintained that the forced flatulence had caused him “severe stress,” but the court disagreed – so he appealed. A final decision is expected this week.
