Who says stupid selfie taking is only for millennials? A 41-year-old French woman was visiting a park in Thailand with her husband when they spotted the perfect photo op: a seemingly ‘harmless’ alligator.

In case you missed it, the couple crouched down near the gator for a selfie, ignoring multiple signs warning to stay on marked paths and not to stray. Then, the gator bit down on the woman’s leg.

The unidentified tourist was rushed to the hospital, but her current condition is unknown.
