Woman Quits Her Job To Clip Coupons Full Time
Cal Holder knows a good deal when she sees one. In fact, the 40-year-old from Birmingham, England is so skilled at clipping coupons, she quit her job to do it full time.
Instead of going to the office, now Holder wakes up everyday at 4:30am and scrolls through lists of the day’s deals. “It’s a quick process for me, but at the beginning it takes longer,” she explains. “Now, though, I’m an expert. I can do it really easily. It takes me 20 minutes to check promotions.”
Holder doesn’t have to pay for her apartment either, because since she stocks her apartment with food, her roommate pays for rent and bills. Not only is Holder saving money, but she claims she’s making it as well. How? Thanks to cash-back deals, promoters credit you for products. The coupon queen says she makes at least $18 back every month.
