Think you had a busy Thanksgiving? Meet Rhonda DiCostanzo. The Tacoma, Washington woman was up early to run a triathlon and ended up in the hospital after she fell at the finish line and broke  two of her fingers.

While at the hospital, DiCostanzo saw that a very pregnant Jessica Morales couldn’t wait for the delivery team to arrive, so the runner, who works as a midwife, single handedly delivered the baby.

That’s not all, however. DiCostanzo then went home and served a Thanksgiving dinner for 16 people. “What a great day, what a wonderful life I lead,” the presumably very tired woman says. “Triathlon, deliver baby, cook dinner, have time with family and friends, life is good.” DiCostanzo later went back to the hospital to snap a picture with Morales and her son, who are both doing well.
