Saint Nick should stay away from politics. A mall Santa in Florida is in hot water after he told a little girl that Hillary Clinton was on “The Naughty List.”

The little girl told her mom, and added that he laughed after he told her that. The unidentified mom went to management and the Santa was removed from the floor.

A spokesperson for the company that hired the Santa said he didn’t know if the man would be returning to his ‘North Pole duties,’ but did add that he had to go to human resources for counseling.
