Police Find Tigers, Cougar, Skunks Inside Woman’s House
In case you missed it, Trisha Meyer took the idea of ‘pets’ to a whole new level. Police were investigating the Cypress Hills, Texas woman after she tried selling a kitten to a man in California for $3-thousand, but took the money without giving up the kitty. When cops made a house call, they found Meyer has been living amongst tigers, cougars, skunks, foxes and more (no lions and bears though).
To be more specific, Meyer was living with three tigers, a cougar, a skunk, a fox, and monkeys, all of which were allowed to roam free. Oh, and her 14-year-old daughter was living in the house, too.
Authorities say, believe it or not, she had permits for the tigers, but none for the skunks and foxes. Meyer, who was arrested in Nevada, is now facing theft and child endangerment charges.
