Man Wins Almost $38,000 On A Lotto Ticket He Almost Forgot About

Back in May, Maximo Ramos bought a lotto ticket. The drawing was May 25th, but he must have forgotten about it.

Months later, he was cleaning out the drawer the ticket was stashed in and decided to check to see if it was a winner…and boy was it. Ramos was “so surprised and instantly happy!” to find out he was $37,850 richer.

He is planning on using the money to pay off bills and visit his family in the Philippines.
