Combine Your Exercise With Social Media

This week will see the launch of The Nautilus T618 Treadmill. This $1,300 high-tech clothes hanger will be equipped with Bluetooth connectivity that will let you race against other people virtually.

The app is called RunSocial, and you can think of it as a jogging Facebook. However, with any luck users will be too busy running to annoy you with their thoughts on Donald Trump, Hillary Clinton, or whatever else might be ending the world on a given day.

RunSocial is already available for smartphones and tablets, but this will be the first piece of exercise equipment to incorporate it.
