Parents can go a little overboard when it comes to gushing about their kids and one teenager in Austria is ready to take her mom and dad to court over it.

According to the unnamed 18-year-old, her parents have have posted over 500 pictures from her childhood since 2009. They including baby snaps showing her being potty trained and getting her diaper changed. As it happens, the teen is ticked about their 700 Facebook friends seeing the photos.

“They knew no shame and no limit,” the 18-year-old explains. “And didn’t care whether it was a picture of me sitting on the toilet or lying naked in my cot – every stage was photographed and then made public.”  She says she’s “tired of not being taken seriously” by her parents so she’s suing them.

The suit is the first of its kind in Austria and if the daughter wins, her parents might have to pay for her pain and suffering, as well as her legal costs. The trial is set to start in November.
