Police Station Closed Because Of A Bunch Of Bees
The biggest threat to the Carbondale, Pennsylvania police department right now? Bees. The insects were first spotted on Tuesday morning and while most stayed in the crevasses of exterior brick on the building’s third floor, some managed to make their way inside the station.
Cops were evacuated and moved to other city offices to work. A beekeeper was contacted and rousted between 400 and 500 bees in the first pass. No word on when the station will open to the public again.
