Man Trying To Build The World’s Heaviest Rideable Bicycle
Frank Dose is going for one of the more unusual, less practical world records. The Berlin, Germany man is set to build the world’s heaviest rideable bicycle.
So far, his bike weighs 2,072-pounds, thanks in part to wheels measuring five-feet in diameter. That’s already heavier than the current record, which weighs in at 1,900-pounds. That’s not enough for Dose, though. He plans on adding almost 600-pounds to bring his two-wheeled creation up to a whopping 2,646 pounds.
He’s set to take his bike for an official Guinness ride on Saturday.
