Tony Greenland tells a story about the first joint he ever rolled in his parent’s garage in Portland, Oregon. It was hideously deformed, a disaster. Unshaken, he spent the weekend with an ounce of weed and practiced until he had mastered the art. And he’s now turned that skill into a profitable career. How so? Greenland is now a highly paid artist, and his medium is the marijuana. His Instagram page shows examples of his work, with joints in the shape of microphones, pizzas, even Pokémon characters. And this is serious – a wealthy arms dealer in Florida reportedly paid Greenland 7-thousand dollars to roll joints that looked like guns and hand grenades. He has five or six custom projects going at any time, in shapes from tacos and pizzas to Simpson characters. He’ll roll about any shape for the right price, but he won’t deliver. And by the way? Pot is legal in Oregon, so carryout only.
