The unnamed 52-year-old victim posted an ad online asking for help with his “medical issue.” Apparently, after being kicked in the twig and berries by a horse years earlier, he’d been “suffering.” But somehow, seeing a real doctor wasn’t an option. Matthews responded.

All seemed well…until our “patient” ended up in the hospital because the “so-so surgical” wound got infected. Because of course it did – he got it in a freakin motel room!

When cops swarmed Matthews home, they found a treasure trove of medical equipment, what they believe is amyl nitrate…oh, and some guns. Because, you know…reasons.

He’ll be back in court next month.
