Company Creating TV Remote For Dogs
It looks like pet owners will have one more family member to fight over the remote with. British dog food company Wagg is investing in a TV remote control made for dogs.
According to one study, dogs watch more than nine hours of TV a week and this invention will help lessen the guilt of leaving pets alone. As Waggs spokesperson Dan Reeves explains, “We wanted to create something that would keep the dog entertained and reassure owners of their well-being.”
The remote is made of tough waterproof plastic and giant raised buttons that squeak, much like dog toys. So far, we have no timeline of when we can expect the canine-friendly remote to go on sale.
