Chapel owner Michael Kelly explains, “We don’t really have many people that marry inanimate objects.” But then he figured — hey it’s Vegas — and this is probably one of the most tame things happening in Sin City.

Kelly goes on to say that the groom “wanted to send a message to society.” Specifically, that we “sleep with our phones, we’re with them 24 hours a day.” In other words, having a phone is a lot like being married.

And no, the marriage isn’t legally recognized in Nevada — but the Little Las Vegas Chapel also won’t deny that a commitment ceremony took place. As long as your check clears you’re good to go!
