Bear Beats California Heat Wave By Going For A Dip
Father’s Day was a hot one in Southern California and that means the local wildlife had to find a way to stay cool, too. While temperatures in the Palm Springs area reached near 120-degrees a bear went for a dip in a Bradbury pool.
In case you missed it, Shannon Lievense says she was visiting her parents house when she noticed footprints by their pool. That’s when a bear came running and jumped into the pool. “He continued to play around for about 20 minutes,” she explains. “We watched him play with the different rafts and my baby’s pool toys.”
The best part? She got the bear’s relaxing Sunday on camera. Check out the footage to the right.
