Wang Kailian went to the local doctor in Guizhou, China complaining of severe stomach pain. He was transferred to a hospital and that’s where doctors discovered the 28-year-old had an extra two kidneys. The pain was coming from one of the kidneys, which had become infected.

Kalian underwent surgery to have the troublesome organ removed. The infected kidney was removed, but the remaining three were left in tact.

Having extra of a body part shouldn’t be surprising to Kailian or his family, though. His older sister, father and grandmother all having additional fingers or toes.
