Court Says Homeless Man With Hand Down Pants Is Free Speech
Good news for you “out in public peen scratchers” the law is on your side. According to an appeals court in Oregon, a man who shoved his hands down his unzipped pants while shouting and thrusting his pelvis at a woman and her kid didn’t break the law.
It’s been decided that 44-year-old homeless man Thomas Bryan Wade was just exercising his right to free speech.
The biggest reason this guy got off, pun very intended, is because he didn’t take any steps towards the woman and her kid. The judge decided that he didn’t cause enough trouble to be charged with disorderly conduct.
Wade’s defense attorney, Shannon Mortimer says that the sausage slapper isn’t really a criminal and needs help with his metal hygiene rather than being punished for the incident.
Mortimer adds, “There are a lot of Thomas Wade’s out there.” We don’t know what clubs she’s going to.
