The First Flying Car Expected To Be Available In 2018
The future is almost here. A Dutch company is reportedly a few years away from bringing us the first flying car. PAL-V Europe NV is now promoting the PAL-V, the personal land and air vehicle that can drive on roads and fly.
The three-wheeled vehicle runs on gas and reach speeds of 112 MPH both on land and in the sky. In order to get the PAL-V up in the clouds, reaching about 4,000 feet, the driver has to go to the nearest airfield.
The company behind the PAL-V plans to ship the first batch from the Netherlands in three to five years. Each vehicle will cost about $590,000 but as of now, it’s unclear if they’ll ship to the United States.
