Man Sued His Employer for Making His Job So Boring He Became Depressed
Meet 44-year-old Frederic Desnard, who claims he suffered through four “brutal, grueling years” of menial tasks at a perfume company that messed with his head, leaving him “depressed, destroyed and ashamed.”
Frederic claims his “slow descent into hell” made him leave the company and he – of course – blames his employers.
He says he was hired as a manager, but they pulled the ol’ bait-and-switch on him. They swiftly took away his responsibilities until he felt he “didn’t exist.”
During an interview, Frederic explained how he would often break down in tears when he arrived, but that no one noticed because no one really cared whether he was there or not.
