It’s been a while since the Underdaul family has welcomed a baby girl home from the hospital. About 101 years to be exact.
Little Auerelia broke tradition about two weeks ago, and her mother, Ashton Underdahl said it was quite a surprise. “I wasn’t mentally prepared for a girl,” the Post Falls, Idaho woman says, but admits “everyone was just sort of rooting for a girl.”
Despite being “overwhelmed” by all the pink, she’s excited about Auerelia, who joins two-year-old brother Archer. “They are just sweet,” Ashton notes. “Girls are sweet.”
