The Secret to Living a Full Life
Are you living a full life? And if so, what does that actually mean? Well, that’s exactly what a new survey of two million people sought to find out, and it seems family is a big part of it.
Family was the key to living a full life for more than 32% of those polled, followed by success (12%), giving (8%) and health (7%). Meanwhile, for 23% of people, attitude was given as the reason people believe others are living full lives, followed by money (16%), health (11%) and family (10%).
So, what’s stopping people from leading a full life? Well, money seems to be the biggest obstacle, chosen by 44% of the people, with time (33%), work (20%) and priorities (17%) also to blame.
As for the countries with the most fulfilled people, on a scale of one to 100, China came out on top with a score of 79.2, followed by Costa Rica (77.9), Colombia (76.2), Mexico (74.8) and Indonesia (74.3). The U.S. landed at 65, which is just below the global median of 68.
