Dolly Announces First Leg of “Pure and Simple” Tour

Although some dates had sprinkled out here and there, Dolly Parton has finally, officially announced dates for her “Pure and Simple” Tour. The trek, which will reportedly hit 60 cities, kicks off June 3^rd in Greensboro, North Carolina, and wraps November 15^th in her hometown, Pigeon Forge, Tennessee.

The tour will support Dolly’s upcoming album, “Pure & Simple with Dolly’s Biggest Hits,” which will feature both new material and some of her greatest tunes. So far a release date hasn’t been announced for the album.

June 7: Charleston Civic Center – Charleston, WV
June 8: Wolf Trap – Vienna, VA

June 11: Horseshoe Casino – Cincinnati, OH
June 12: Artpark Outdoor Ampitheater – Lewiston, NY
June 15: The Mann Center for the Performing Arts – Philadelphia, PA
June 17: Tanglewood – Lenox, MA
June 18: Darling’s Waterfront Pavilion – Bangor, ME
