Donny Grisby is living an actual nightmare. The Indiana man went to the dentist to have four teeth removed and woke up to find all of his teeth had been taken out.

Things only got worse. During the procedure, Grisby suffered major complications and 911 was called. He was unresponsive in the ambulance and had to be revived on the way to the hospital, where he was put in a medically induced coma.

Hours into her husband’s ordeal, Grisby’s wife was told that the dentist removed all of Donny’s teeth because they were afraid an infection would spread.

Now, Grisby has come to, but he has to use an oxygen mask and still has blood clots following the procedure. Not surprisingly, he’s planning on taking legal action. The office can’t comment because of privacy laws, but they claim all patients are aware of risks and fill out consent forms.
