Eva Tiamat Medusa is a transgender woman who wants to transform herself into a dragon. In case you missed it, the self-proclaimed “Dragon Lady,” who used to work as a banker, most recently had her ears and nose surgically removed.

“I am the Dragon Lady, A pre-op M2F transgender in the process of morphing into a human dragon,” she explains. “Becoming a reptoid as I shed my human skin and my physical appearance and my life as a whole leaving my humanness behind and embracing my most natural self awareness as a mythical beast.”

Before this latest procedure, the 55-year-old had already put in plenty of time and pain into becoming her “true self.” The Dragon Lady has scale tattoos on her body, a full face tattoo, facial implants, and a forked tongue. She has also had teeth pulled and her eyes colored.
