Be careful where you get your sushi and how much you eat. A 45-year-old man in Japan recently went to the hospital complaining of a stomach ache. Upon examination, doctors found parasites, including a massive tape worm, throughout his body thanks to his love of raw fish.

The man, only identified as Chen, was in the hospital for five days before they were able to remove the 16-foot tape worm they found in his intestines. He has since made a full recovery but we have no word on whether he plans on cutting sushi out of his diet.
