The life-changing procedure, which uses a firmer form of silicone than the stuff found in breast implants, is currently available only at Elist’s office in Beverly Hills.

Within the next year, though, if things go as hoped with the FDA, doctors everywhere could be trained to provide their own “equipment upgrades.” But for now, guys are flying into Beverly Hills from as far away as New York City to increase the size of their salami.

In case you were interested – for a friend, of course – the one-hour procedure costs only $13,000 and requires just four weeks of recovery.
