You Can Now Buy High Heels For a Baby
Think a baby you know is missing a little spice from their wardrobe? How about getting them a pair of high heels? Pee Wee Pumps is a Pennsylvania company selling heels meant for the crib set.
Founder Michelle Holbrook was inspired by a pair of crib shoes she saw before getting pregnant with her daughter. Those didn’t stay on her baby’s feet, so she created a better model.
Holbrook isn’t completely crazy, though. She understands that a baby’s feet are still developing and explains the shows are meant as “infant crib shoes,” that stretch and have a collapsible heel. A pair of these not so sensible shoes were originally priced at $35, but now will cost $20.
