After Six Years, a Happy Meal Still Looks Good as New
This might make you think twice about grabbing some McDonald’s for dinner. Jennifer Lovdahl is the owner and operator of Balanced Health Chiropractic in Anchorage, Alaska and she bought a McDonald’s Happy Meal six years ago. Normally, that wouldn’t be news, but what’s happened since then has gone viral.
She posted a picture on her Facebook page of what the food looks like now…and there isn’t much difference. “It’s been sitting at our office this whole time and has not rotted, molded, or decomposed at all!!!” Lovdahl writes. “It smells only of cardboard.”
Lovdahl goes on to explain they leave the food in the office to show patients how unhealthy fast food is. “Choose real food!” she adds. “Apples, bananas, carrots, celery….those are real fast food.”
