One Austrian woman now has a funny, but very embarrassing, story to tell about her recent trip to India. Only identified by the media as Friedel, she was visiting a fort when she wanted to selfie (of course).

While mid-selfie, Friedel somehow lost her balance and ended up falling in a well. Fortunately, other people in the area were able to hear her screams and rushed to help. Thanks to some quick thinking, they tied their shirts together to form a rope and helped get the clumsy tourist out.

Friedel has minor injuries (including to her pride), but is otherwise okay. Check out footage of her rescue to the right.
