Car shows aren’t normally known for their fashion, but Inteva Products LLC hired a designer to make dresses out of car interiors. 

Janna Coumoundouros made four dresses and had women model them at a pop up fashion show at the North American International Auto Show in Detroit.

Maybe the most incredible part? According to the designer, the dresses look “very elegant” despite the fabric they’re made of. “They have a really classic, beautiful look to them, too,” Janna said. “So people are very, very surprised when they find out what the material is.”
