An Apple a Day Keeps Erectile Dysfunction Away

According to a new study, eating more foods rich in flavonoids – such as blueberries, strawberries, blackberries and citrus fruits – could reduce the risk of erectile dysfunction in a big way.

This is great news for the estimated 30-million guys in the US who suffer from less-than-reliable ramrods.

Researchers found that eating fruit improves peter performance for 21% of guys who are struggling between the sheets.

Amazingly, just chowing down on berries helps your hogger as much as walking briskly five hours each week.

So… Just imagine the thunder you could bring down under if you ate these foods AND exercised. The mind boggles.
