Burglary may not a normal father/son bonding activity, but that’s precisely how Martin and Declan Pick decided to spend their day last year…and they did it dressed as two old women.

As the story goes, 17-year-old Declan wheeled his 38-year-old dad into the store in a wheelchair, both of them wearing wigs and carrying purses. Then, Martin pulled out a shotgun he had stashed under the blanket on his lap. The storeowner chased them out to where Martin’s brother was waiting in the getaway car. And they didn’t get far – as olice were able to find and arrest them.

Now, they’ve been sentenced. The father/son duo each got 18 years behind bars while Uncle Pick got 16 years.
