Everyone is trying to figure out how to appeal to millennials these days…that includes NFL teams. New Arizona Cardinals coach Kliff Kingsbury thinks he’s come up with a great idea he thinks might help get his players to pay attention more: cell phone breaks. Apparently, Kingsbury’s college coaching experience taught him that players don’t have the same attention spans of generations in the past. So, in order to keep them focused and locked in, he thinks it makes sense to maximize the time you have and allow players ‘to be who they are.’ He plans on meetings of no more than 20-minutes and other cell phone breaks.
